In case I forget to mention this over the phone, there are a couple of office location changes that have occurred which you need to be aware:

OFFICE LOCATION CHANGES:
The address above is 1900 Century Place (not Century Blvd.!) I am conveniently located inside the Perimeter in the general vicinity of I-85 and Clairmont Rd. I am no longer at: 1640 Powers Ferry Rd., Marietta, GA or 2801 Buford Hwy., Atlanta, GA.

See the Directions page to locate my office. Please print these directions out for your convenience - they are clear and precise. Do not use Mapquest - the map or directions are not very good at all.

PHONE CALLS:
I schedule my own appointments! I frequently return phone calls on the same business day if not back-to-back with appointments. Messages left on Friday might not be returned until the following Monday.

Phone: 770-242-4437
Leave a confidential message - it automatically pages me after you leave your message.

Fax: 404-321-1928
Please put my name on the cover page - my colleagues in the office may pick up the fax and place it in my box. The fax machine is located in our common office area but is not accessible to other clients.

EMERGENCIES:
If you are a current client and experiencing a clinical, life-threatening emergency, please state so in your message or contact me directly by calling 770-220-8088 and enter your return phone number at the prompt. I will attempt to call you back within the hour if during normal business hours.

If, for any reason, I do not receive your call or I do not call you back within a comfortable amount of time, please contact the emergency number on the back of your insurance card, or call 911, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for assistance.

Routine calls frequently activate my pager during late hours so I turn my pager off after 9:00 p.m. during weekdays - you can still leave a message; however, I just may not receive it until the next day. During the weekends, I usually check for messages several times over the course of the weekend. If I go out of town or am out of range, I will have appropriate coverage.
